De-identification & HIPAA Compliance
All images on this site have been fully de-identified in accordance with the HIPAA Safe Harbor method (45 CFR §164.514(b)(2)). No protected health information (PHI) is present. All direct identifiers—including names, dates, medical record numbers, and geographic information—have been removed. All embedded metadata (DICOM, EXIF) has been stripped. The age and sex labels represent the only demographic information retained, as permitted under Safe Harbor de-identification standards.
Privacy
NormalChest does not request or access your contacts or address book. No analytics scripts or tracking cookies are used. Cloudflare Access uses a necessary authentication cookie to protect the site. If feedback is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes security signals for bot protection, anonymous upvote counts are stored, and issue details you choose to submit are emailed to the site maintainer.
